What are the 3 most important steps you can take now to break the weight loss and diet roller coaster once and for all?

Believe or not, almost effortless weight loss can be obtained simply by 1) writing, 2) speaking, and 3) the feeling of your daily goal. No joke! Here's how …

First, note that the subconscious is 30,000 times more powerful than the conscious mind or will. That is all that lasting change occurs. For this reason, above all use your imagination as your playground as it affects access to your subconscious mind directly.

First step:

Write exactly what the end result will be if you succeed at weight loss:

A. During the final outcome, how much weight? (Hint: What weight for intuitive?) B. How long you took to arrive? (Hint: Use your intuition and be realistic!) C. Imagine how it feels to have a body that the weight back. (Hint: Great How did you feel when you were at that weight before?)

Objective positive example:

"To (date) I easily and safely done everything necessary so that my weight is (insert realistic ideal weight). I'm (insert positive feelings). I got this easily or something better in joy and in ways that are for the good of all concerned. "
