That's what I did to stay thin and not fat. Do not eat your breakfast food uneccessary. I have not eaten for breakfast for a child. Eat all want for lunch and dinner only do things. Do not eat sandwiches much that you do not complete and are very brave. You do not need much excercise if you do the things mentioned above. If you want to lose weight Jogging is probley the base. Crunch and bombs will keep you strong and fit.
