weight loss routine for men

weight loss routine for men
im 18 years at the university and the need for a good routine to lose weight?

I want to lose weight before summer. I weigh 210 and am 5'9''. I'm sick of the man boobs and fat I have. Please give me an exercise program.

join a gym, there will be instructors who can not help to solve a system of exercise that suits you. try to go at least 3 times a week. and need to try to eat healthier to cut out sodas and replace things as any child who has only about 1 calorie per compared with a regular fanta over 100. (This is the same for coke sprites, etc) eat three meals a day with reasonable portions. buy a low fat cook book that will teach you to cook healthy meals you can enjoy without ruining your size! Remember that just because you have a low-fat cookie, this does not mean you can have two (especially since you have eaten fewer calories does not mean you should eat more servings) keep it prudent not to fad diets, they could get a little weight, but would soon be over (many people find they become clearer, and much heavier) I'm 5'4 "and weighs 109 pounds so it can be done (£ 109 is just under 8 Stone) if you can deposit £ 28 you have done amazing! The Wight healthy for a man his size is between 130 to 170 pounds, but slow and not be silly, it could cost you later. try to see this is good as it could be useful http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/body_weight/healthy_weight/chart.htm

  2. Doctors say things like physiologic changes in the man’s life could account for lower male fertility, as well as lifestyle and genetics.
