Do not go into the diet pill. It is so bad for you and you end in victory and when you stop. Diet and exercise is key.You just get up and move. Go walking, jogging or running for maybe 30 minutes a day at least. If you drink soda, cut off food and drink more water. Better than getting a Nintendo Wii and Wii Sports, I lost 12 pounds in a month of play for 30 minutes a day and not feel that work was and is a little fun.
